Orders & Payment
How to complete my order?
Fill your basket with our wonderful products :), click on the 'Confirm my order' button,
Choose a delivery method (see delivery costs and deals below), choose a payment method and confirm. You will receive an email confirming your order and another when the package is sent. This last email will contain the online tracking number of the delivery.

Delivery
WHERE SHOULD I DELIVER MY ORDER?
Orders can be delivered internationally. See delivery costs in the table below. In-store withdrawals are not available.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
When you enter your delivery address after validation of the order, an estimated delivery date will be attached to each available payment method. The estimated date will be displayed in the confirmation email received at the end of your purchase.
CAN I TRACK ONLINE DELIVERY?
You will be provided with an online package delivery tracking number.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
The delivery address cannot be changed after the confirmation email and the package have been sent to you. Please make sure you have the correct address beforehand when confirming the order.

Cancellation
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Cancellations are possible until confirmation of sending the package. When you receive the confirmation email to send the package, with a tracking number, it is too late to cancel the order.

Returns & Refunds
Sales are final. We do not accept returns and will not issue a refund once the parts are dispatched. On the other hand, we will grant refunds on paypal for any cancellation made before the
orders are delivered.
